REQUIRED TOOLS<br />

• Phillips Screwdriver<br />

• Stiff Bristle Brush<br />

• Adjustable Wrench<br />

Disconnect power to unit.<br />

GENERAL MAINTENANCE<br />

CONDENSER CLEANING<br />

____________ STEP 2 ____________<br />

Take off lower grill assembly by removing<br />

four (4) corner screws.<br />

____________ STEP 3 ____________<br />

Remove bolts anchoring compressor<br />

assembly to frame rails and carefully slide<br />

out. (tube connections are flexible)<br />

____________ STEP 4 ____________<br />

Clean off accumulated dirt from condensing<br />

coil with a stiff bristle brush.<br />

____________ STEP 5 ____________<br />

Lift cardboard cover above fan at plastic<br />

plugs and carefully clean condenser coil<br />

and fan blades.<br />

____________ STEP 6 ____________<br />

After brushing condenser coil vacuum dirt<br />

from coil, and interior floor.<br />

Replace cardboard cover. Carefully slide<br />

compressor assembly back into position<br />

and replace bolts. When reinstalling<br />

condensing unit becareful not to crimp<br />

or damage the tubing between the condensing<br />

unit and the cabinet.<br />

____________ STEP 8 ____________<br />

Reinstall louver assembly onto unit with<br />

appropriate fastener and clips. Tighten all<br />

screws.<br />

____________ STEP 9 ____________<br />

Connect unit to power and check to see if<br />

compressor is running.
