CABINET MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly CABINET MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE 1. Check product temperature. 2. Brush off condenser coil. 3. Inspect lamps and lamp holder connections. MONTHLY QUARTERLY 1. Check physical condition of condenser coil and evaporator coil (straighten fins if necessary. 2. Blow out condenser coil with compressed air. 3. Brush off evaporator coil if needed. 4. Check physical condition of gaskets and also make sure they are sealing correctly. YEARLY 1. Check operation of all moving parts (fan motors, doors, defrost timers, & IDL door cords) 2. Check all electrical connections, make sure they are all tight and crimps in good condition. 3. Check defrost timer contacts, make sure they are not pitted. 4. Check rear condenser coil screen (clean if necessary). 17
