The auctioneer will settle any disputes as tobids, and his decision on such matters shall be final.TERMSEach animal becomes the risk of the purchaseras soon as sold, but it shall be the obligation ofthe seller to see that animals are fed and cared foruntil loaded for shipment or until the expiration of48 hours after the sale, whichever occurs sooner.After 48 hours, a maintenance fee of $2.00 per daywill be assessed until pick-up, unless Cain Cattle isarranging trucking.CERTIFICATE OF REGISTRYA transferred certificate of registry will be furnished tothe purchaser for each registered animal once propersettlement has been made. Please allow up to 60days for transfer.HEALTHAll animals are eligible for interstate shipment exceptas otherwise noted, and health papers will befurnished for each animal.ANNOUNCEMENTSAny changes from the information of any kind in thiscatalog will be provided in a sale day supplementsheet or announced from the auction block, andsuch information shall take precedence overcatalogued information.ALL CATTLE SELL AS-IS WITH NO FURTHER GUARANTEES.THERE WILL BE NO RETURNSAccredited sale
