Chapter5Configuring Security ProfilesChapterfor DomainsSecurity ProfilesIf you have <strong>Borland</strong> VisiBroker installed, you can define related sets of securityparameters for each domain on your system. To enable a profile, you must set certaindomain properties. Each profile is configured with the proper security properties,rolemaps, and configuration files. This section explains how to configure securityprofiles and provide the necessary data for VisiSecure to secure your applications.VisiSecure allows you to configure repositories of security information called profiles.Profiles contain the config.jaas file for defining LoginModules for authentication, aswell as the authentication rolemap, Role DB. Profiles might also contain userdatabases and script files.Profiles are defined in your installation's security directory, located in:/var/security/profiles/You can provide a unique name for each of your profiles.
