49. CompletionThe Contractor shall request the Procuring Entity’s Representative to issue acertificate <strong>of</strong> Completion <strong>of</strong> the Works, and the Procuring Entity’sRepresentative will do so upon deciding that the work is completed.50. Taking OverThe Procuring Entity shall take over the Site and the Works within seven (7)days from the date the Procuring Entity’s Representative issues a certificate <strong>of</strong>Completion.51. Operating and Maintenance Manuals51.1. If “as built” Drawings and/or operating and maintenance manuals arerequired, the Contractor shall supply them by the dates stated in theSCC.51.2.
