All Materials and Plant on Site shall be deemed to be the property ofthe Procuring Entity.6.2. The Contractor shall commence execution of the Works on the StartDate and shall carry out the Works in accordance with the Program ofWork submitted by the Contractor, as updated with the approval of theProcuring Entity’s Representative, and complete them by the IntendedCompletion Date.6.3. The Contractor shall submit a detailed program of work within fourteen(14) calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed for approvalby the Procuring Entity that shall include, among others:6.3.1. The order in which it intends to carry out the work includinganticipated timing for each stage of design/detailed engineeringand construction;6.3.2. Periods for review of specific outputs and any other submissionsand approvals;6.3.3. Sequence of timing for inspections and tests as specified in thecontract documents;6.3.4. General description of the design and construction methods tobe adopted;6.3.5. Number and names of personnel to be assigned for each stageof the work;6.3.6. List of equipment required on site for each major stage of thework; and6.3.7. Description of the quality control system to be utilized for theproject.6.4. No work shall commence unless the Contractor has submitted therequired documentary requirements and the Procuring Entity has givenwritten approval. Work execution shall be in accordance with thereviewed and approved documents.6.5. Any errors, omissions, inconsistencies, inadequacies or failuresubmitted by the Contractor that do not comply with the requirementsshall be rectified, resubmitted and reviewed at the Contractor’s cost.
