All Materials and Plant on Site shall be deemed to be the property <strong>of</strong>the Procuring Entity.6.2. The Contractor shall commence execution <strong>of</strong> the Works on the StartDate and shall carry out the Works in accordance with the Program <strong>of</strong>Work submitted by the Contractor, as updated with the approval <strong>of</strong> theProcuring Entity’s Representative, and complete them by the IntendedCompletion Date.6.3. The Contractor shall submit a detailed program <strong>of</strong> work within fourteen(14) calendar days after issuance <strong>of</strong> the Notice to Proceed for approvalby the Procuring Entity that shall include, among others:6.3.1. The order in which it intends to carry out the work includinganticipated timing for each stage <strong>of</strong> design/detailed engineeringand construction;6.3.2. Periods for review <strong>of</strong> specific outputs and any other submissionsand approvals;6.3.3. Sequence <strong>of</strong> timing for inspections and tests as specified in thecontract documents;6.3.4. General description <strong>of</strong> the design and construction methods tobe adopted;6.3.5. Number and names <strong>of</strong> personnel to be assigned for each stage<strong>of</strong> the work;6.3.6. List <strong>of</strong> equipment required on site for each major stage <strong>of</strong> thework; and6.3.7. Description <strong>of</strong> the quality control system to be utilized for theproject.6.4. No work shall commence unless the Contractor has submitted therequired documentary requirements and the Procuring Entity has givenwritten approval. Work execution shall be in accordance with thereviewed and approved documents.6.5. Any errors, omissions, inconsistencies, inadequacies or failuresubmitted by the Contractor that do not comply with the requirementsshall be rectified, resubmitted and reviewed at the Contractor’s cost.
