A note for authors presenting papers and chairmenAll authors should meet at the fr<strong>on</strong>t of the meeting room for their sessi<strong>on</strong> at least 10minutes before the sessi<strong>on</strong> starts. Each c<strong>on</strong>tributed paper has been allocated 15 minutesfor presentati<strong>on</strong> and questi<strong>on</strong>s. Chairmen should indicate when 10 minutes have passedand again after 12 minutes that the presenter should immediately finish. Three minutesare available for questi<strong>on</strong>s and comments.Special lectures have been allocated 30 minutes in total, of which 5 minutes may beused for questi<strong>on</strong>s.Authors are kindly asked to keep to the time allocated to them by the Chairmen. Authorsare discouraged from using their own laptops for presentati<strong>on</strong> unless absolutely necessary,in which case they should ensure that they can quickly and efficiently start theirpresentati<strong>on</strong> when requested by the Chairman.Chairmen are requested to keep to the timetable.
