The smaller diameter screws distallynaturally have a lower head profile too. Together these minimise implantbulk beneath the juxta-articular soft tissues when used to repair distalradial fractures. Hybrid ‘T’ Plates provide a solution.The screwholes in the head are smaller and closer together than thosein the shaft. Three sizes are available 2.7/3.5, 2.0/2.4/2.7 and 1.5/2.0Hybrid ‘T’ Plates will accept the same screw in the head as in the shaft butwith reduced range of screw angle.
