the ratio <strong>of</strong> Oxygen and Nb should be about 0.5, which means that there should be alayer <strong>of</strong> the mixture <strong>of</strong> Nb and NbO. Because the Nb 3 Sn cover the bulk Nb and havethe higher T c , there is some shielding effect during the temperature between 9.2K to17K.
