Thepyrometer measures the temperature <strong>of</strong> the annealing sample through the glasswindow as shown in Fig. 3.30. Because the spectrum <strong>of</strong> the photon emitted form thesample at the different temperature is different, we can measure the temperature bythe spectrum.The maximum <strong>of</strong> the input power <strong>of</strong> the inductor is about 10KW, and we fix thefrequency <strong>of</strong> the input AC current at 80KHz.Fig.3.29 the inductor annealing chamber57
