Email NotificationTabUse this tab to set defaults for Email notification. This tab will only be enabledif E-mail Notification is selected on the Module tab.The defaults set here are primarily used in Company Paying Accounts. InCompany Paying Accounts, the options may be set to use these values or makethem particular for each Company Paying Account. Likewise, each EFT vendorcan have individual “Reply To”, “Subject Line”, “Message Priority” options oruse their Company Paying Account settingsFromThis is the name and email address for the “From” entry on your e-mailnotification messages.Reply ToNormally, replies to an e-mail message are sent to the original sender of themessage. In some cases, it may be desirable to have replies sent a differentaddress. By setting this field you can have the replies sent to a differentname/address than the “From”.Company NameAt the top of the e-mail message this company name will be included.Subject LineThis is the e-mail message Subject Line.Message - TopSelect this option to include your user-defined message that will appear at thetop of the email message. If selected, then the message can be created/edited byusing the Edit Message… button.Edit Message…Clicking this button launches Notepad and created/edit the top message you’reyour email notification. You can add extra blank lines at the end of this text toprovide spacing before the remittance information is listed in the e-mail.
