Company <strong>Pay</strong>ingDefaults TabUse this tab to set defaults for Company <strong>Pay</strong>ing Accounts.The following fields are used as default values for your Company <strong>Pay</strong>ingAccounts and are used to determine the format of the EFT file to be sent to yourbank. Contact your company bank to obtain the exact requirements for thesefields.Refer to Appendices C/D - ACH File Format to determine the destinationof these data fields in the EFT file.Immediate DestinationEnter the transit/routing number for your company's bank. The 8-digit number,followed by the check digit, must be right justified in this field. Your bank mayor may not require an initial blank (see below) or other character in this field.Immediate DestinationNameImmediate OriginEnter the name of the bank to which you are sending the EFT file.Enter the transit/routing number for the bank that will be transmitting the EFTfile. For formatting, see the Immediate Destination field. For many banks, yourcompany's Federal Tax Identification number is required in this field.Immediate Origin NameEnter the name of the bank that will be transmitting the EFT file. For manybanks, your company name is required in this field.Company IDEnter your company's Federal Tax Identification number. The 9-digit numbershould be right justified. Your bank may require an initial blank or othercharacter in the first position of this field.Company NameEnter your company's name. This will default from the Company name as setupin GL Setup (01.950.00).
