PYROSPOT DT 40GPyrometers for Applications especially in Glass Industry• Digital 2-wire pyrometers for 100 °C to 2500 °C• Integrated LED aiming light• Integrated USB interface with stand-alone operation• Maximum and minimum value storage• Stainless steel housingThe digital pyrometers PYROSPOT DT 40G are especiallydesigned for applications in glass industry.The devices are suitable for temperature measurementfrom 100 °C to 2500 °C of glass surfaces, floatglass and liquid glass.The solid body in stainless steel housing allows usageeven under rough environmental conditions.With a fast response time of only 60 ms (t95) thesepyrometers are also suitable for fast measuringprocesses.Several fixed optic types realise measuring fielddiameters from 2.5 mm.The optional integrated green LED aiming light allowsexact alignment to the measuring object. TheLED size is identical to measuring spot size and visibleeven at high temperatures.The temperature linear standard output signal of4 to 20 mA allows easy implementation in existingmeasuring and controlling systems.The devices are equipped with integrated, galvanicallyisolated USB interface on on rear side, whichallows parameterizing and software evaluationeven without connecting extra power supply.Due to direct USB connection parameters like emissivitysub range, response time and storage can beeasily adjusted by using the comfortable parameterisingand evaluation software PYROSOFT Spot.Typical application areas:• Glass industry• Float glass• Glass bottle production• Liquid glass• Glass forms
