To 7:00 P.M.WARNER TOWN HALLTO THE INHABITANTS OF THE TOWN OF WARNER, IN THECOUNTY OF MERRIMACK,IN SAID STATE, QUALIFIED TO VOTE IN TOWN AFFAIRS:You are hereby notified to meet at the <strong>Warner</strong> <strong>Town</strong> Hall in said <strong>Warner</strong>,NH on Tuesday, March 13, 2012 beginning at eight o’clock in the morning,and ending at seven o’clock in the evening to elect <strong>of</strong>ficers <strong>of</strong> the<strong>Town</strong> by <strong>of</strong>ficial ballot and to act upon the following subjects:Article 1To choose <strong>Town</strong> Officers for the ensuing year.The following Zoning Ordinance Amendments are the condensed versions<strong>of</strong> the full zoning changes that are being proposed and recommendedby the <strong>Warner</strong> Planning Board. The complete version is availableat the Planning Board Office, the Selectmen’s Office, the <strong>Town</strong>Hall lobby, on the <strong>Town</strong> web-site, and will be available at the polls on<strong>Town</strong> Election Day, March 13, 2012.Article 2Are you in favor <strong>of</strong> the adoption <strong>of</strong> Amendment No. 1 as proposed bythe Planning Board for the <strong>Town</strong> Zoning Ordinance as follows:Amend Article XII - Signage Regulations, by rewriting paragraphs Cand D to clarify the interpretation <strong>of</strong> existing requirements; and byincreasing the allowed sign area from (32) to (46) square feet in theBusiness District B-1 where this supplemental signage is attached to abuilding which would be consistent with that on some existing businesses;and by allowing sign area <strong>of</strong> (64) square feet for each separateprimary building on a premises in Commercial District C-1 while maintainingthe existing allowed area <strong>of</strong> (64) square feet for signage for asingle building on a premises in the Commercial Districtsand, amend Article III Definitions by adding a definition for Premisesto mean a lot including its buildings.62
