<strong>Warner</strong> Village Water DistrictCommissioners’ Report (cont.)a major problem, because <strong>of</strong> its age, major components would be difficultto obtain delaying any repairs. This could cause serious violationsfor the District or added expenses to avoid them during the repairs.Department <strong>of</strong> Environmental Services has allowed this situation toexist in the past, as it was not a State requirement, but now is recommendingthat the District correct this condition. With approval <strong>of</strong> aCDBG grant and Rural Development assistance, we hope to start thisproject in 2013.The Commissioners wish to thank the Board <strong>of</strong> Selectmen for theirspirit <strong>of</strong> cooperation between the <strong>Town</strong> and District in matters thataffect all citizens <strong>of</strong> <strong>Warner</strong>.As always, the Commissioners invite the public to attend their bimonthlymeetings, held on the second and fourth Wednesdays at 10:00 AM atthe Treatment Plant on Joppa Road.Residents <strong>of</strong> the District are reminded <strong>of</strong> the Annual District Meetingto be held on Tuesday, March 20, 2012 at 7 p.m. at the <strong>Town</strong> Hall.Voters at this meeting authorize the Commissioners to conduct businessfor the coming year, including adopting a budget, and electingDistrict <strong>of</strong>ficials.
