This could cause serious violationsfor the District or added expenses to avoid them during the repairs.Department of Environmental Services has allowed this situation toexist in the past, as it was not a State requirement, but now is recommendingthat the District correct this condition. With approval of aCDBG grant and Rural Development assistance, we hope to start thisproject in 2013.The Commissioners wish to thank the Board of Selectmen for theirspirit of cooperation between the Town and District in matters thataffect all citizens of Warner.As always, the Commissioners invite the public to attend their bimonthlymeetings, held on the second and fourth Wednesdays at 10:00 AM atthe Treatment Plant on Joppa Road.Residents of the District are reminded of the Annual District Meetingto be held on Tuesday, March 20, 2012 at 7 p.m. at the Town Hall.Voters at this meeting authorize the Commissioners to conduct businessfor the coming year, including adopting a budget, and electingDistrict officials.
