WARRANT OF THE WARNER VILLAGE WATER DISTRICT2012 ANNUAL MEETINGTHE STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRETo the inhabitants <strong>of</strong> the <strong>Warner</strong> Village Water District in the <strong>Town</strong> <strong>of</strong><strong>Warner</strong>, in Merrimack County, in said State, qualified to vote in Districtaffairs:You are hereby notified to meet in the <strong>Town</strong> Hall in said <strong>Warner</strong> onTuesday, the twentieth day <strong>of</strong> March next, at 7:00 o’clock in the eveningto act upon the following subjects:1. To see if the District will vote to raise and appropriate $1,000,000for the purpose <strong>of</strong> upgrading the Sewage Treatment Plant by theconstruction <strong>of</strong> a second clarifier and appurtenant items; said appropriationis to be <strong>of</strong>fset by a grant <strong>of</strong> $500,000 from the CommunityDevelopment Block Grant Program, which is administered bythe Community Development Finance Authority, a grant <strong>of</strong> $150,000from the US Department <strong>of</strong> Agriculture’s Rural Development Program,and to authorize the issuance <strong>of</strong> bonds or notes in the amount<strong>of</strong> $350,000, and to authorize the Commissioners to negotiate therate <strong>of</strong> interest thereon. This appropriation and the correspondingauthority to expend are understood to be contingent on the approval<strong>of</strong> said grant or grants. Recommended by the Commissionersand by the Budget Committee. (2/3 ballot vote required).2. To choose one Commissioner for three years.3. To choose a Clerk and a Treasurer for the ensuing year.4. To hear the reports <strong>of</strong> the District Officers and Committees as printedin the <strong>Town</strong> Report for the preceding year and pass any vote relatingthereto.5. To see if the District will vote to raise and appropriate the sum <strong>of</strong>four hundred four thousand twenty five dollars ($404,025) for theoperation, maintenance and improvement <strong>of</strong> the District’s waterand sewer systems. (Recommended by the District Commissionersand the Budget Committee).6.
