PBIS Team FacilitatorThe Team Facilitator is a non-administrative memberof the school staff who is responsible to:• Attend and monitor PBIS training• Ensure that PBIS is implemented with integrity• Coordinate with the External Coach• Facilitation of team meetings (develop agenda,calendar, etc.)• Annual report shared with district team• Network with other team facilitators

School PBIS TeamResponsible for:• Data collection in the building (i.e. the big five andacademic data)• Ensure expectations are taught, reinforced, andmonitored at the school-wide level• Celebrations/boosters• Communication of PBIS activities at facultymeetings• Communicate with parent/PTO/PTA• Collect and analyze PBIS specific data (i.e. TeamImplementation Checklist, BoQ, , SAS, SET, etc.)

Who should be on the school PBIS Team?(5-88 school employees recommended)• Regular Education Classroom Teachers• Organized by grade level or subject area• Special Education• (strongly recommend a certified teacher)• Support Staff• Counselor, psychologist, literacy coach, math teacher leader,implementer, learning coordinator, librarian, etc.• Paraprofessional, Custodian, Secretary, or Safety Assistant• Make every effort to include a Parent, communitymember, or non-school employee

District Coach• The PBIS coach is a cheerleader, a strong communicator and anoptimistic and positive leader.• An effective coach is highly skilled at developing and sustaining ng trustingrelationships, ambitious and positive about the change process, respectfulof teachers and the demands of the classroom and skilled at workingwith and understanding data.• The responsibilities of the PBIS Coach include mentoring, providingingassistance and guidance to the PBIS team, ensuring that data is collectedand used efficiently for decision-making, and sharing information andresults with stakeholders on a regular basis.• The PBIS coach prepares for and attends PBIS meetings (at least once ortwice per month), assists in the development and implementation ofaction plans and relies on self-assessment instruments and studentoutcome data to determine progress.
