52GENERAL PURPOSE VIALSBarcoded VialsSUN-SRi offers barcoding on most glass vials.Options include 2D coded etched vials andlinear pre-applied labels.Vials are printed with a unique code which ismachine-readable and can be downloadedinto database and sample handling software.Barcoded labels are resistant to high levelsof humidity and low temperatures whichare typically found in cooled storage units.The adhesives are selected to give a veryhigh level of attachment with minimal edgelift and give resistance to commonly usedsolvents and chemicals including DMSOand Xylene. Labels are formed from resistantpolymeric films.
