Raw SNP 6.0 array data was obtained from the Sanger database with mutation status obtained from the COSMIC database [132]. Copy number and allelic status changes were determined using Partek Genomics Suite and reference genomes used were 72 individuals from the HapMap collection. Data was visualized using the SIGMA2 software [7].
