<strong>Oil</strong> / <strong>gas</strong> <strong>condensing</strong><strong>technology</strong>Vitoradial <strong>300</strong>-T101 to 335 kWTriplex tubeCompact yet powerfulThe new Vitoradial <strong>300</strong>-T oil fired <strong>condensing</strong>boiler is extremely compact and is suppliedas a unit with a downstream flue <strong>gas</strong>/waterheat exchanger and the new Vitoflame 100pressure-jet oil burner.Triplex pipes for 2.5 times largerheating surfaceThe multi-layered convection heating surfacesof the Vitoradial <strong>300</strong>-T are comprised oftelescopically arranged steel pipes pressedinto each other for ideal heat transfer. Theinternal tube with its folded linear ribs providesa heating surface 2.5 times larger than thatof smooth pipes. The heat throughput ismetered by the different intervals betweenthe press points so that the back area of thetriplex tubes, through which slightly fewerhot combustion <strong>gas</strong>es circulate, transfers lessheat to the boiler water. This way, the surfacetemperature remains above the dew point, theformation of condensate is counteracted andcorrosion damage is prevented.Inox-Radial heat exchangerThe two-stage heat development of theVitoradial <strong>300</strong>-T in combination with thedownstream Inox-Radial heat exchangerensures that this highly efficient <strong>condensing</strong><strong>technology</strong> can also be used in medium-sizedand industrial/commercial boiler systems.The seasonal efficiency tested in accordancewith Part L2 is 95.5%. This principle ensuresthat combustion and condensation occurin physically separate locations, so thecombustion <strong>gas</strong>es condense in a locationwhich is free of deposits. In practice,this means standard service intervals forcleaning the combustion chamber and lowmaintenance costs.The new Vitoradial <strong>300</strong>-T is available up to335 kW output.
