This field is only present ifField 11.024 or Field 11.026 is present in this record. This field also accommodatescircumstances in which the original voice recording was tagged with a time and datefield. There is no requirement that the date and times <strong>for</strong> the original recording matchthe dates and times of the tags, if the tags have been determined to be inaccurate.oooooooooThe first in<strong>for</strong>mation item (diary identifier / DIA) is mandatory in eachsubfield and is a binary value that indicates the diary to which this subfieldrefers. If this item refers to a segment in Field 11.024: Snipping diary / SPD,the value is 0. If this item refers to a segment in the Field 11.025: Segmentdiary / SGD, the value is 1.The second in<strong>for</strong>mation item (segment identifier / SID) is mandatory and givesthe segment identifier from the diary given in DIA to which the values in thissubfield pertain. Together, the first and second in<strong>for</strong>mation items of eachsubfield uniquely identify the segment to which the following items apply.The third in<strong>for</strong>mation item (tagged date / TDT) is optional and gives the dateindicated on the original, contemporaneous capture of the voice recording in thesegment identified. This item may be different from the value of the ORDabove, if the tag is determined to be inaccurate. See Section 7.7.2.3 Local dateThe fourth in<strong>for</strong>mation item (tagged start time / TST) is optional and gives thetime tagged on the original, contemporaneous capture of the voice recording inthe segment identified. See Section 7.7.2.4 Local date & time <strong>for</strong> details.The fifth in<strong>for</strong>mation item (tagged end time / TET) is optional and gives thetime tagged on original, contemporaneous capture of the voice data at the end ofthe segment identified. See Section 7.7.2.4 Local date & time <strong>for</strong> details.The sixth in<strong>for</strong>mation item (original recording date / ORD) is optional andgives the date of the original, contemporaneous capture of the voice recordin inthe segement identified. This item may be different from the value of TDT ifthe tag is determined to be inaccurate. See Section 7.7.2.3 Local date <strong>for</strong>details.The seventh in<strong>for</strong>mation item (segment recording start time / SRT) is optionaland gives the local end time of the original, contemporaneous capture of thevoice recording in the segment identified.
