If Field 11.023indicates snipping, the voice recording must consist of at least one snip.o The second information item (tracks / TRK) is mandatory if TRC in Field11.012: Physical media object / PMOor CHC of Field 11.014: Codec / CDCis greater than one and lists all tracks or channels on the recording to which thesnip identifier applies. . No value in this list should be greater than the value ofPMO_TRC or CDC_CHC, whichever applies.
