ANSI/<strong>NIST</strong>-ITL 1-<strong>2011</strong> - UPDATE 2013 DRAFT VERSION8.10.31 Field 10.032: 3D facial feature points/ 3DFThe optional field shall describe special attributes of manually or automatically detectedfacial feature points of the captured facial image (IMT = 'FACE'). It shall be entered as afive-in<strong>for</strong>mation item feature point block in a subfield. Multiple facial points may be listedusing these in<strong>for</strong>mation items, each in a separate subfield. The maximum number of featurepoints is 88. This field contains a Z coordinate, unlike Section 8.10.28, which is solely a 2Dset of feature points.[2013a>] Note that the 3D facial feature points are made on a 2D image, since Type-10records only convey 2D visible light images. [] This is an optional field. It is entered in the <strong>for</strong>mat as YyyyyMmmDdd. It ispossible to enter only a year, month and/or day ranve, such as D05, meaning that theactual date of collection is estimated to be 5 days plus or minus that specified in Field10.005: Photo capture date / PHD.
