It should be noted that codes 13-15 and 40-50 are <strong>for</strong> simultaneous 2 and 3and 4 – finger combinations. The t<strong>itl</strong>es of the finger combinations are given from the thumboutwards (that is, left to right <strong>for</strong> the right hand and right to left <strong>for</strong> the left hand).
