No maximum dimensions are included, but there arepractical maximum upper limits to the image size. The minimum areas for codes 42, 45, 48and 50 may not be sufficient for practical use. The actual size will depend upon theequipment used. It should be noted that codes 13-15 and 40-50 are for simultaneous 2 and 3and 4 – finger combinations. The titles of the finger combinations are given from the thumboutwards (that is, left to right for the right hand and right to left for the left hand).
