Please note that an installation package for the Avira product is required for<br />

installation via a network. An installation file for Internet-based installation<br />

cannot be used.<br />

Installation and uninstallation<br />

Avira products can be easily shared on the network with a server login script or via SMS.<br />

For information on installation and uninstallation on the network:<br />

Note<br />

The Avira Management Console provides another easy option for the<br />

installation and uninstallation of Avira products on the network. The Avira<br />

Management Console enables the remote installation and maintenance of Avira<br />

products on the network. For further information, please refer to our website.<br />

The installation can be script-controlled in batch mode.<br />

The setup is suitable for the following installations:<br />

� Initial installation via the network (unattended setup)<br />

� Installation on single-user computers<br />

Change installation and update<br />

Note<br />

We recommend that you test automatic installation before the installation<br />

routine is implemented on the network.<br />

Note<br />

When installing on a server operating system, the Realtime Protection and the<br />

files protection are not available.<br />

To install Avira product on the network automatically:<br />

You must have administrator rights (also required in batch mode)<br />

Configure the parameter of the file setup.inf and save the file.<br />
