FOREWORDThe Air Navigation Services Safety Standards Department (ANSSSD) of the Civil Aviation Authority of Nepaladministers the licensing and rating of Air Traffic Controllers.The Manual of Standards – Licensing/ Rating of Air Traffic Control Personnel is enacted by Civil AviationAuthority of Nepal pursuant to Rule – 82, schedule – 3 of Civil Aviation Regulation – 2058 ( 2002 ) andpublished by the ANSSSD. This Manual spells out the standards to be met for issuing Air Traffic ControlLicenses and associated ratings endorsements for Air Traffic Controllers.This is a controlled document and is subject to periodic review.
