Gender and Development Orientation Training. All schools, officeestablishment or companies, department and agencies including Municipal and Barangayofficials shall initiate gender sensitivity orientation and training which shall equip them withtheoretical and practical knowledge on gender issues and concerns. Likewise, schools,colleges and universities shall develop assessment tools for gender-bias. Non-complianceof this provision shall require the concerned party to pay a fine of P2,000 and issuance ofwarming by the Municipality through the Gender and Development Council.233
