When theyarrive they are forced to work as prostitutes in brothels or in sweatshops, or to work as maids and sex slaves at theprivate estates of extremely rich people. Some children, born intonightmarish poverty, are actually sold into slavery by their parents — and these children end up in America as real slaves.It’s painful and frightening to discover this.
