and backed by the government can be properly regulated and redundancy of issue avoided by withdrawing fromcirculation such amounts as may be necessary by taxation, re-deposit and otherwise. Government, possessing the powerto create and issue currency and credit as money…need not and should not borrow capital at interest….The financing of allpublic enterprises, the maintenance of stable government and ordered progress [my emphasis], and the conduct of theTreasury will become matters of practical administration…Money will cease to be the master and become the servant ofhumanity. Democracy will rise superior to the money power.” (Abraham Lincoln, Senate document 23, p. 91, 1865) Littledid Lincoln realize that the BankLords have subverted “Democracy” by buying out the politicians and media. The World Bankers fought back furiously with incredible amounts of money. The editorial below appeared in the LondonTimes at the time Lincoln was taking action to create an unborrowed currency: "If this mischievous financial policy [ofcreating a debt-free currency], which has its origin in the American Republic, shall become permanent, then thatgovernment will furnish its own money without cost! It will pay off its debts and be without debt. It will have all themoney necessary to carry on its commerce. It will become prosperous without precedent in the history of the World...Thatgovernment must be destroyed or it will destroy every monarchy on the globe!"Why did the first UK Prime Minister Benjamin Disraeli say in 1876?: “The governments of the present day have todeal not merely with other governments, with emperors, kings and ministers, but also with the secret societies whichhave everywhere their unscrupulous agents, and can at the last moment upset all the governments’ plans.” In a novel hepublished in 1844 called Coningsby, the New Generation: “The World is governed by very different personages from whatis imagined by those who are not behind the scenes.”The American Bankers Association secretary James Buel expressed the Bankers attitude well in a letter to fellowmembers of the association wrote in 1877: “It is advisable to do all in your power to sustain such prominent daily andweekly newspapers, especially the Agricultural and Religious Press, as will oppose the greenback issue of paper moneyand that you will also withhold patronage from all applicants who are not willing to oppose the government issue ofmoney. To repeal the Act creating bank notes, or to restore to circulation the government issue of money will be toprovide the people with money and will therefore seriously affect our individual profits as Bankers and lenders. See yourcongressman at once and engage him to support our interest that we may control legislation."Within weeks of releasing this statement President Garfield was assassinated in 1881: "Whosoever controls thevolume of money in any country is absolute master of all industry and commerce... And when you realise that the entiresystem is very easily controlled, one way or another, by a few powerful men at the top, you will not have to be told howperiods of inflation and depression originate." President James GarfieldJohn Swinton New York journalist at a banquet (1880’s): "What folly is this, toasting an independent press? Thereis no such thing, at this date of the World's history, in America, as an independent press. You know it and I know it. Thereis not one of you who dares to write your honest opinions, and if you did, you know beforehand that it would never appearin print. I am paid weekly for keeping my honest opinion out of the paper I am connected with. Others of you are paidsimilar salaries for similar things, and any of you who would be so foolish as to write honest opinions would be out on thestreets looking for another job. If I allowed my honest opinions to appear in one issue of my paper, before twenty-fourhours my occupation would be gone. The business of the journalists is to destroy the truth, to lie outright, to pervert, tovilify, to fawn at the feet of Mammon [Biblical ref.], and to sell his country and his race for his daily bread. You know itand I know it, and what folly is this toasting an independent press? We are the tools and vassals of “rich men”[Biblical ref.] behind the scenes. We are the jumping jacks, they pull the strings and we dance. Our talents, ourpossibilities and our lives are all the property of other men. We are intellectual prostitutes."From the United States Bankers’ Magazine of 1892: “We must proceed with caution, and guard well every movemade, for the lower orders of people are already showing signs of restless commotions. Prudence will, therefore, dictate apolicy of apparently yielding to the popular will until all of our plans are so far consummated that we can declare ourdesigns without fear of any organised resistance. The Farmers’ Alliance and the Knights of Labour organisations in theUnited States should be carefully watched by our trusted men, and we must take immediate steps to control theseorganisations in our interests or disrupt them. The coming Omaha Convention, to be held July 4th, our men must attendand direct its movements, or else there will be set on foot such antagonism to our designs as may require force toovercome. This, at the present time, would be premature. We are not yet ready for such a crisis. Capital must protectitself in every possible manner through combination and legislation. The courts must be called to our aid. Debts must becollected, bonds and mortgages foreclosed as rapidly as possible. Where, through a process of law, the common peoplehave lost their homes, they will be more tractable and easily governed through the influence of the strong arm ofgovernment, applied by central power of imperial wealth, under the control of leading financiers. The truth is well knownamong our principal men now engaged in forming an imperialism of capital to govern the World. While they are doing thisthe people must be kept in a condition of political antagonism. The question of tariff reform must be urged through theorganisation known as the Democratic Party, and the question of protection and reciprocity must be forced to viewthrough the Republican Party. By thus dividing the voters we can get them to expend their energies in fighting overquestions of no importance to us, except as teachers to lead the common herd. Thus by discreet actions we can secure allthat has so generously planned and successfully accomplished.”Sir Campbell Bannerman, Prime Minister of Britain 1902 [1905-08]: “There are people who control spaciousterritories teeming with manifest and hidden resources. They dominate the intersections of World routes. Their lands werethe cradles of human civilizations and religions. These people have one faith, one language, one history and the sameThe Hidden History Of Money & New World Order Usury Secrets Revealed at last! Page 129
