When you have signed in and your clearance has been validated,
the back of your hand will be stamped. Each time you
enter the auditorium, the Security Officer will screen that
stamp. Note taking is not permitted during the Symposium.
No briefcases will be allowed in the auditorium; however, you
may store them in a secure area outside the auditorium. Cell
phones, beepers, PDAs, recording, or wireless devices are
not permitted in the Conference Center.
BaDgES
Please be sure your Symposium badge is visible at all times.
Badges do not have to be returned at the end of each day;
however, badges should be returned at the conclusion of the
Symposium.
prOCEEDIngS
A classified Proceedings will be published soon after the
Symposium and will also be posted on COMSUBLANT’s SIPRNet
site. Please ensure that your classified mailing address is on file.
BrEakS
A break is scheduled at the midpoint of each session. Please
return to the auditorium promptly after breaks to maintain
the Symposium schedule.
