No separate receipts shall be issued for the money payable on submission of Bid-cum-Application Form or Revision Form.However, the collection centre of the Members of the Syndicate will acknowledge the receipt of the Bid cum ApplicationForms or Revision Forms by stamping and returning to the Bidder the acknowledgement slip. This acknowledgement slipwill serve as the duplicate of the Bid-cum-Application Form for the records of the Bidder.OTHER INSTRUCTIONSJoint Bids in the case of IndividualsBids may be made in single or joint names (not more than three). In the case of joint Bids, all payments will be made out infavour of the Bidder whose name appears first in the Bid-cum-Application Form or Revision Form (“First Bidder”). Allcommunications will be addressed to the First Bidder and will be dispatched to his or her address.Multiple BidsA Bidder should submit only one Bid (and not more than one) for the total number of Equity Shares required. Two or moreBids will be deemed to be multiple Bids if the sole or First Bidder is one and the same.In case of a mutual fund, a separate Bid can be made in respect of each scheme of the mutual fund registered with SEBI andsuch Bids in respect of more than one scheme of the mutual fund will not be treated as multiple bids provided that the Bidsclearly indicate the scheme concerned for which the Bid has been made.Bidders in the Employee Reservation portion can also bid in the Net Offer to the Public and such Bids shall not be treatedas multiple BidsOur Company reserves the right to reject, in their absolute discretion, all or any multiple Bids in any or all categories.Permanent Account Number (PAN)Where Bid(s) is/are for Rs. 50,000 or more, the Bidder or in the case of an Bid in joint names, each of the Bidders, shouldmention his/her Permanent Account Number (PAN) allotted under the I.T. Act. The copy of the PAN card or PAN allotmentletter is required to be submitted with the Bid-cum-Application Form. Applications without this information and documentswill be considered incomplete and are liable to be rejected. It is to be specifically noted that Bidders should not submitthe GIR number instead of the PAN as the Bid is liable to be rejected on this ground. In case the Sole/First Bidder andJoint Bidder(s) is/are not required to obtain PAN, each of the Bidder(s) shall mention “Not Applicable” and in the event thatthe sole Bidder and/or the joint Bidder(s) have applied for PAN which has not yet been allotted each of the Bidder(s) shouldmention “Applied for” in the Bid each of the Joint Bidder(s), as the case may be, would be required to submit Form 60 (Formof declaration to be filed by a person who does not have a permanent account number and who enters into any transactionspecified in rule 114B), or, Form 61 (form of declaration to be filed by a person who has agricultural income and is not inreceipt of any other income chargeable to income tax in respect of transactions specified in rule 114B), as may be applicable,duly filled along with a copy of any one of the following documents in support of the address: (a) Ration Card (b) Passport(c) Driving License (d) Identity Card issued by any institution (e) Copy of the electricity bill or telephone bill showing residentialaddress (f) Any document or communication issued by any authority of the Central Government, State Government or localbodies showing residential address (g) Any other documentary evidence in support of address given in the declaration. Itmay be noted that Form 60 and Form 61 have been amended vide a notification issued on December 1, 2004 by theMinistry of Finance, Department of Revenue, Central Board of Direct Taxes. All Bidders are requested to furnish, whereapplicable, the revised Form 60 or 61, as the case may be.Our Right to Reject BidsIn case of QIBs, our Company, the Selling Shareholders and the BRLMs reserve the right to reject any Bid at the time ofsubmission of Bid provided that the reasons for rejection are provided to such Bidder in writing. In case of Non-InstitutionalBidders and Retail Individual Bidders, our Company and the Selling Shareholder would have a right to reject bids based ontechnical grounds. Consequent refunds shall be made by cheque or pay order or draft and will be sent to the bidder’saddress at the Bidder’s risk.Grounds for Technical RejectionsBidders are advised to note that Bids are liable to be rejected on technical grounds, including the following:191
