For the purpose of the Employee Reservation Portion, Eligible Employee means permanent employees of ourcompany who are on the pay-roll of our Company as on Feburary 28, 2006.2. Bids under Employee Reservation Portion by Eligible Employees shall be made only in the prescribed Bid cumApplication Form or Revision Form (i.e. red colour Form).3. Eligible Employees, as defined above, should mention the Employee Number at the relevant place in the Bid cumApplication Form.4. The sole/ first bidder should be Eligible Employees as defined above.5. Only Eligible Employees would be eligible to apply in this Offer under the Employee Reservation Portion.6. Bids by Eligible Employees will have to bid like any other Bidder. Only those bids, which are received at or abovethe Offer Price, would be considered for allocation under this category.7. Bidding at cut-off is allowed only for employees whose bid amount is less than or equal to Rs. 1,00,000. Bids madeby the employees under both employee reservation portion as well as in the net offer shall not be treated asmultiple bids.8. If the aggregate demand in this category is less than or equal to 1,00,000 Equity Shares at or above the offer Price,full allocation shall be made to the Eligible Employees to the extent of their demand.9. Any under subscription in Equity Shares reserved for Employees would be treated as part of the Net Offer andAllocation to be made in accordance with the description in Basis of Allocation as described in page 194 of thisProspectus.10. If the aggregate demand in this category is greater than 1,00,000 Equity Shares at or above the Offer Price, theallocation shall be made on a proportionate basis.Bidder’s Bank DetailsBidders should note that on the basis of name of the Bidders, Depository Participant’s name, Depository Participant-Identification number and Beneficiary Account Number provided by them in the Bid cum Application Form, the Registrarto the Offer will obtain from the Depository the Bidders bank account details. These bank account details would beprinted on the refund order, if any, to be sent to Bidders or used for sending the refunds through direct credit or ECS.Hence, Bidders are advised to immediately update their bank account details as appearing on the records of thedepository participant. Please note that failure to do so could result in delays in credit of refunds to Bidders at theBidders sole risk and neither the BRLMs nor the Bank shall have any responsibility and undertake any liability for thesame.Bidder’s Depository Account DetailsIT IS MANDATORY FOR ALL THE BIDDERS TO GET THEIR EQUITY SHARES IN THE DEMATERIALISED FORM. ALLBIDDERS SHOULD MENTION THEIR DEPOSITORY PARTICIPANT’S NAME, DEPOSITORY PARTICIPANT’SIDENTIFICATION NUMBER AND BENEFICIARY ACCOUNT NUMBER IN THE BID-CUM-APPLICATION FORM. INVESTORSMUST ENSURE THAT THE NAME GIVEN IN THE BID CUM APPLICATION FORM IS EXACTLY THE SAME AS THE NAMEIN WHICH THE DEPOSITORY ACCOUNT IS HELD. IN CASE THE BID-CUM-APPLICATION FORM IS SUBMITTED IN JOINTNAMES, IT SHOULD BE ENSURED THAT THE DEPOSITORY ACCOUNT IS ALSO HELD IN THE SAME JOINT NAMESAND ARE IN THE SAME SEQUENCE IN WHICH THEY APPEAR IN THE BID CUM APPLICATION FORM.These Demographic Details would be used for all correspondence with the Bidders including mailing of the refund orders/CANs/Allocation Advice and printing of Bank particulars on the refund order and the Demographic Details given by Biddersin the Bid-cum-Application Form would not be used for any purposes by the Registrar.Hence, Bidders are advised to update their Demographic Details as provided to their Depository Participants andensure that they are true and correct.188
