Each category of Bidders i.e. QIBs, Non Institutional Bidders, Retail Individual Bidders would be required to pay their applicableMargin Amount at the time of the submission of the Bid-cum-Application Form. The Margin Money payable by each categoryof Bidders is mentioned under the heading “Offer Structure” on page 175 of this Prospectus. Where the Margin Amountapplicable to the Bidder is less than 100% of the Bid Amount, any difference between the amount payable by the Bidder forEquity Shares allocated at the Offer Price and the Margin Amount paid at the time of Bidding, shall be payable by the Bidderno later than the Pay-in-Date, which shall be a minimum period of two days from the date of communication of the allocationlist to the members of the Syndicate by the BRLMs. If the payment is not made favouring the Escrow Account within the timestipulated above, the Bid of the Bidder is liable to be cancelled. However, if the members of the Syndicate do not waive suchpayment, the full amount of payment has to be made at the time of submission of the Bid cum Application Form.QIB bidders will be required to deposit a margin of 10% at the time of submitting their bids. After the Offer Closing Date / BidClosing Date, the level of subscription in all categories shall be determined. Based on the level of subscription, additionalmargin money, if any, shall be called from QIBs.Where the Bidder has been allocated lesser number of Equity Shares than he or she had applied for, the excess amountpaid on bidding, if any, after adjustment for allocation, will be refunded to such Bidder within 15 days from the Bid ClosingDate/Offer Closing Date, failing which the Company shall pay interest @15% per annum for any delay beyond the periodsmentioned above.Electronic Registration of Bids(a)(b)(c)(d)(e)The members of the Syndicate will register the Bids using the on-line facilities of BSE/NSE. There will be at leastone on-line connectivity to each city where a Stock Exchange is located in India and the Bids are accepted.BSE/NSE will offer a screen-based facility for registering Bids for the Offer. This facility will be available on theterminals of the members of the Syndicate and their authorized agents during the Bidding Period. Members of theSyndicate can also set up facilities for off-line electronic registration of Bids subject to the condition that they willsubsequently download the off-line data file into the on-line facilities for book building on an regular basis. On theBid Closing Date, the Syndicate Member shall upload the Bids till such time as may be permitted by the StockExchanges.The aggregate demand and price for bids registered on the electronic facilities of BSE/NSE will be uploaded onregular interval in accordance with SEBI guidelines and market practices, consolidated and displayed on-line at allthe bidding centers. A graphical representation of consolidated demand and price would be made available at thebidding centers during the bidding period.At the time of registering each Bid, the members of the Syndicate shall enter the following details of the investor inthe on-line system:- Name of the investor(Investors should ensure that the name given in the bid cum application form isexactly the same as the number in which the Depository Account is held. In case the Bid cum ApplicationForm is submitted in Joint names, investors should ensure that the Depository account is also held inthe same joint names and are in the same sequence in which they appear in the Bid cum ApplicationForm.)- Investor Category –Individual, Corporate, NRI, FII, or Mutual Fund, etc.- Numbers of Equity Shares bid for.- Bid Amount.- Bid-cum-Application Form number.- Whether payment is made upon submission of Bid-cum-Application Form.- Margin Amount and- Depository Participant Identification No. and Client Identification No. of the Demat Account of the Bidder.A system generated TRS will be given to the Bidder as a proof of the registration of each of the bidding options.
