" God formed man -of the dust of thegronnd." Adam's body was formed of the elementsof the earth. He had eyes, ears, and a mouth, butso far no ability to see, hear 'or speak. Then Godbreathed into his noarils the breath of life.Notice, the Bible does not say that God breathedinto his nostrils a soul. What the Word says isthat God " breathed into his nostrils the breath oflife," the spirit or power of life. ~ n what d was.the result? Do we find the intimation that Adam ,-had now a soul in him ? No, we find that the resultof the breath of life having been breathed intoAdam was that he " became a living soul.':.
