BPC Community BenefitI am consistently amazed and proud of all the hard work, support, and enthusiasm of the volunteers within the Berwick ParentCommunity, or BPC. The 2010 - 2011 academic year was certainly no exception. I want to thank our parents, administrators,teachers, staff, alumni, and Board members for your support of BPC this past year. Our goals for the year could not have beenaccomplished without the commitment and dedication shown by each and every one of you.I would especially like to recognize the chair of last year’s Community Benefit, Andrea Bristol, for her dedication and hard workthat resulted in a hugely successful event. I also want to sincerely thank all the donors and sponsors of this annual benefit.I continue to appreciate the event’s ability to bring Berwick families, faculty, and staff together for a wonderful evening tocelebrate our important connection to this community.Once again the Community Benefit proved to be a tremendous success. Across the live auction, online auction, and Fund-A-Need, BPC raised over $160,000 in profit. For our Fund-A-Need project, BPC established the Patricia McManus CampusPreservation Fund in honor of Pat’s 10 years of dedicated service to the Academy. This effort raised over $85,000 to helppreserve Fogg Memorial, the heart and soul of the Hilltop.
