Currently managed by United Skates of America Inc. In 2009, the District entered into a new managementagreement with Billy Casper Golf. Revenues and expenditures were realized in 2010 from thisagreement. The agreement required the company to manage the operations of the courses andmake necessary capital improvements to the courses. Revenue estimates are budgeted at $5.1million for 2012 for all golf related operations, a slight decrease from 2011.
