Opened to the public inJanuary 2003, the MLK Family Entertainment Center is an unprecedented all inclusive rollerrink, bowling alley, eatery and special event facility located in the Auburn Gresham community.MLK Center is a BPA member bowling center and is USBC certified with newly resurfaced (oilconditioned) wood lanes, with automatic scoring, bumpers on all lanes, with ample rental shoesand house balls. Currently managed by United Skates of America Inc. In 2009, the <strong>District</strong> entered into a new managementagreement with Billy Casper Golf. Revenues and expenditures were realized in 2010 from thisagreement. The agreement required the company to manage the operations of the courses andmake necessary capital improvements to the courses. Revenue estimates are budgeted at $5.1million for <strong>2012</strong> for all golf related operations, a slight decrease from 2011.
