Board of Commissioners - AuditThe Department of Audit conducts internal audits to assess the integrity of financial reporting systems,the effectiveness of internal controls, and the efficiency of established procedures, in order to helpdepartments increase efficiency, effectiveness, transparency and accountability. The Director of Auditreports to the Audit Management Committee, which makes recommendations to the Committee onAdministration of the Board of Commissioners.
