Whip theheavy cream to stiff peaks. Fold into the eggmixture.AssemblyDip each ladyfinger in the espresso mixtureand line the base <strong>of</strong> a 9” x 13” pan. Add½ <strong>of</strong> the cream filling and spread in an evenlayer. Repeat to form the next layer. Topwith the remaining ladyfingers.ToppingWhip the heavy cream, powdered sugar,cinnamon, and nutmeg to stiff peaks. Addto the last layer <strong>of</strong> ladyfingers and spreadevenly.
