PRODUCTION OF DRILLING TOOLS<strong>AHP</strong> HYDRAULIKA, a.s.is a private joint-stock companywith a history whichreaches up to 1952; locatedin a heart <strong>of</strong> Europe in thecentral part <strong>of</strong> the Slovakrepublic, in TurčianskeTeplice.Main activities:- Precise engineering- Production and sale<strong>of</strong> axial piston pumpsand motors- Production and sale<strong>of</strong> earth-<strong>drilling</strong>and mining <strong>tools</strong>.<strong>AHP</strong> HYDRAULIKA, a.s. is producer <strong>of</strong> the boring bars<strong>of</strong> various sizes. The friction welding technique <strong>of</strong> bar bodywelding with high noble <strong>tools</strong> is used. This technique ismore advantageous in comparing with the standardwelding methods because <strong>of</strong>:- very high quality <strong>of</strong> homogenous weld,the breaking strenght <strong>of</strong> the weld is the same or higherthan in the base material- the highest alignment <strong>of</strong> the welded parts- the same parameters <strong>of</strong> the repeated welding processes- effective monitoring <strong>of</strong> the welding process- high productivity
