ParametersAGC (Automatic Gain Control)The AGC parameter can be accessed from the Horizontal,Vertical and Second ping menus.The AGC (Automatic Gain Control) adjusts the gain in the sonar’spreamplifier circuitry. This gain depends on the strength of theincoming echo signal. The result is a filter effect, reducing noiseand reverberation. As show in the menu, the AGC has fourdifferent settings.Off - no gain adjustmentWeak - slow gain adjustmentMedium - medium fast gain adjustmentStrong - fast gain adjustmentNote that the AGC is sensing the echo strength in five directions,and use this as a basis for common adjustment for all the receiverbeams.850-164511 / B85
