Sonar Operating PanelMain switchMain switch functions control power to the sonar, hoisting andlowering of the transducer and indicates the transducer’s currentposition.MAIN SW.UpMiddleDown(CD5346)PowerPressing Power for approximately two seconds powers up thesonar. The adjacent green LED blinks while the Sonar Control Unitboots up, and remains illuminated once the system is operational.Before the sonar can be powered down, the transducer must be inthe Up position. Pressing the Power button for approximately twoseconds secures power to the unit which is confirmed by theadjacent green LED being extinguished.UpRaises the transducer to its upper position. The adjacent green LEDblinks while the transducer is raised and remains illuminated onceit is housed safely inside the hull of the vessel. The green blinkingLED will also be accompanied by an audible signal.MiddleRaises or lowers the transducer to its middle position.The physical location of the middle position can be defined in themenu.→ Refer to the Transducer parameter description on page 137.DownLowers the transducer to its lower position.
