Simrad SP90Edit Gear (Purse)The Gear parameter dialogue is accessed on the Setup menu. Eachof the available options in the Gear dialogue can be edited usingthe Edit button. When a purse has has been selected, this parameterdialogue is provided.→ The Gear parameter dialogue is explained on page 103.These parameters allows you to define the depth and the length ofyour purse seine, as well as which side of the vessel it is positioned.The following options are available.Depth - This function allows you to enter the depth of your purseseine. When the Gear symbol is selected, the depth of the purseseine will be shown on all vertical views.→ The Gear symbol is described on page 24.Length - This function allows you to enter the length of your purseseine. When the Gear symbol is selected, the seine circle will beshown in correct size.Throw Side - This function is used to position the seine circle onthe port or starboard side of the vessel.Separate parameter dialogues are used to make the selections.96 850-164511 / B
