Each page <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> Tender document should be signed by <strong>the</strong> bidder with Seal <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong>Agency/ Firm as a token <strong>of</strong> having read and understood <strong>the</strong> terms and conditions<strong>the</strong>rein and to be submitted along with <strong>the</strong> bid form.4. The prices and rates are to be written in both figures and words.5. The rates should be inclusive <strong>of</strong> all <strong>tax</strong>es.6. The bidder is solely responsible for <strong>the</strong> payment <strong>of</strong> service <strong>tax</strong> and all o<strong>the</strong>r <strong>tax</strong>es andany government dues as may be applicable.7. The bid may be rejected if it is not complete in any respect.8. Furnishing <strong>of</strong> false, misleading, inaccurate information or particulars in <strong>the</strong> biddocument or in any o<strong>the</strong>r manner shall lead to <strong>the</strong> disqualification <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> bid and bidderat any stage or time. It shall also lead to termination <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> contract, if awarded.9. The Chief Commissioner <strong>of</strong> Income-<strong>tax</strong>, Jodhpur will have <strong>the</strong> final right to elect <strong>the</strong>suitable bidder most suited and responsive to its requirement.10. Agency will have to seek prior permission before replacing <strong>the</strong> already deputed staffwith all <strong>the</strong> requisite details.TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE CONTRACT1. The service provider shall provide uniformed, trained and experienced personnel toperform <strong>the</strong> various functions assigned to him by this <strong><strong>of</strong>fice</strong> from time to time.2. In <strong>the</strong> proposal/quotation, rates should be indicated in both figures and words.3. The Rates should be quoted by mentioning <strong>the</strong> gross amount. The <strong>tax</strong>es,surcharge, service charge, service <strong>tax</strong>, ESI and PF are not to be charged by <strong>the</strong>service provider from this organization separately.4. The Rates shall be valid for <strong>the</strong> period effective from <strong>the</strong> date <strong>of</strong> submission <strong>of</strong>quotation or tender as per <strong>the</strong> Minimum Wages Act issued by <strong>the</strong> Government <strong>of</strong>Rajasthan. Initially <strong>the</strong> contract will be for three months and after expiry <strong>of</strong> threemonths <strong>the</strong> Contract may be renewed for such fur<strong>the</strong>r period, as decided by <strong>the</strong>Competent Authority or terminated and / or fresh tenders may be invited. Decisions<strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> Income Tax Department will be final.5. It will be liability <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> service provider to pay all <strong>the</strong> leviable <strong>tax</strong>es, surcharge, anyliability etc to <strong>the</strong> concerned department. Department will not make any payment <strong>of</strong>any <strong>tax</strong>, surcharge, service <strong>tax</strong>, gratuity, deductions etc. ei<strong>the</strong>r to <strong>the</strong> concernedgovernment departments or <strong>the</strong> security personnel so provided directly. All <strong>the</strong>payment such as wages or salary, uniform allowance, overtime etc. to <strong>the</strong> deployedstaff shall be paid by <strong>the</strong> service provider only.
