Thesecond column is titled “Effective Date” and indicates the date that the updatewas effective.Effective Date ofNew MaterialThe month and year that the new material is effective will appear on the bottomof each page. The provider can check this date to ensure that the materialbeing used is the most current and up to date.If an information block has an effective date that is different from the effectivedate on the bottom of the page, the effective date for the information block willbe included in the label.Identifying NewInformationNew material will be indicated by solid vertical lines.
