The Motova 100 lets you achievethe desired mixing quality, simplyand easilyThe Motova 100 has been designed as awall-mounted unit but it can also be usedas a bench device. An attractively designedtabletop stand is available as optionalaccessory.The Motova 100 is equipped with apowerful vacuum pump that generates avacuum of up to 100 mbar, optimal for theelimination of air or boiling bubbles in themixing material.The vacuum fixes the mixing bowl on theagitator coupling; the cumbersome couplingto mechanical holding devices becomesobsolete.With the Motova 100, you can mix all dentalmaterials such as investment materials,plasters, stump materials or duplicatingsilicones.Simple and straightforwardoperationAn electronic time with an adjustable rangeup to 255 seconds, accurate to the second,controls the mixing duration and showsthe remaining runtime in the 3-characterdigital display. The end of the mixingprocess is indicated by an acoustic andoptical signal. The operating control of theMotova 100 is done with 3 function buttonseasy to operate.Special vacuum mixing bowlswith a large capacitySpecial attention has been paid to thematerial-specific requirements of themixing material when designing the geometryof the spatula and the transparentmixing bowl. Mixing spatula and bowls forinvestment and plaster as well as duplicatingsilicone were optimized separately.This avoids undesirable compromises andguarantees optimal mixing quality of thedifferent materials.Different sizes of mixing bowls are available– 4 sizes for investment materials andplasters, from 250 to 1,200 ml and 3 sizesfor silicone, from 550 to 1,200ml. The1,200 ml mixing bowl allows the mixing upto 800g investment materials – this guaranteesthe economic use of the Motova 100.Optimal vacuum and high-torquestirring powerRegardless of the quantity of the mixingmaterial, the rotational speed and thevacuum remain always in the optimal range.The vacuum capacity of max. 100 mbarensures a reliable bubble-free mixing of themixing material.
