<strong>NWP</strong> 4-<strong>01.4</strong><strong>REPLENISHMENT</strong> CHECKLISTFuel Receiving Station # ____(For night replenishment, include supplemental checklist.)1. Ensure correct fuel fitting is rigged and inspected for proper operation. ____2. Ensure correct cotter pin is used for pelican hook. ____3. Have jiggers, riding lines, remating lines, short straps, long straps, and easingoutlines available (if applicable).____4. Install fairlead blocks required in accordance with ship’s drawings and seize properly. ____5. Inspect probe seals and retainer ring for visible damage. Inspect seating flagsfor proper operation.____6. Test and operate gypsy heads (if applicable). ____7. Fake down phone and distance line and test (if applicable). ____8. Visually inspect all attachment points, cleats, and associated fittings for visible damage. ____9. Have required information, pumping pressures, amount of cargo needed, andstandby times available.____10. Rig station marker. ____11. Have signal paddles available. ____12. Have required station tools available. ____13. Muster personnel assigned. ____14. Ensure that a green chemical light or one-cell white flashlight, a whistle, and adye marker are attached to each life jacket in use.____15.
