7.2 Operation in Utility Function Mode (Fn)7.2.6 Automatic Offset-adjustment of Motor Current Detection Signal (Fn00E)Automatic motor current detection offset adjustment has performed at Yaskawa before shipping. Basically, theuser need not perform this adjustment.Perform this adjustment only if highly accurate adjustment is required for reducing torque ripple caused by currentoffset. Automatic adjustment is possible only with power supplied to the main circuit power supply and withthe servo OFF.IMPORTANTExecute the automatic offset adjustment if the torque ripple is too big when compared with that of otherSERVOPACKs.StepDisplay afterOperationDigital Operator Panel Operator Description1 Press the DSPL/SET or MODE/SET Key to select theDSPLSET(DSPL/SET Key)MODE/SET(MODE/SET Key)utility function mode.2 Press the UP or DOWN Key to select Fn00E.Note: The enabled digit blinks.3 Press the DATA/ENTER Key once, or DATA/SHIFTDATAENTERKey for more than one second, and the display will be(DATA/ENTER Key)as shown on the left.4 Press the DSPL/SET or MODE/SET Key.DSPLSET(DSPL/SET Key)DATA(DATA/SHIFT Key)(Press at least 1 s.)MODE/SET(MODE/SET Key)The offset will be automatically adjusted.When the adjustment completes, the display shown onthe left blinks for about one second.5 After about one second The display changes from “donE” to the display shownon the left.6 Press the DATA/ENTER Key once, or DATA/SHIFTDATAENTERKey for more than one second to return to the utility(DATA/ENTER Key)function mode display Fn00E.DATA(DATA/SHIFT Key)(Press at least 1 s.)77-13
