6 Wiring6.4.7 Operating Conditions on 400-V Power Supply Voltage6.4.7 Operating Conditions on 400-V Power Supply VoltageCAUTION• Do not connect the SERVOPACK for 100 V and 200 V directly to a voltage of 400 V.The SERVOPACK will be destroyed.• Control the AC power supply ON and OFF sequence at the primary side of voltage conversion transfer.Voltage conversion transfer inductance will cause a surge voltage if the power is turned ON and OFF at the secondary,damaging the SERVOPACK.There are four types of SGDH SERVOPACKs, for the power supply voltages: Single-phase 100 VAC, singlephase200 VAC, three-phase 200 VAC, and three-phase 400 VAC. When using the SERVOPACK for 100 V or200 V with the three-phase 400-VAC class (380 to 480 V), prepare the following voltage conversion transformers(single-phase or three-phase)Primary Voltage380 to 480 VAC380 to 480 VAC→→Secondary Voltage200 VAC100 VACWhen selecting a voltage conversion transformer, refer to the capacities shown in the following table.VoltageSingle-phase100 VSingle-phase200 VSingle-phase220 VThree-phase200 VSERVOPACK ModelSGDH-Voltage Capacity perSERVOPACK * (kVA)A3BE 0.15 4A5BE 0.2501BE 0.4002BE 0.60 6Current Capacity of CircuitBreaker or Fuse (Arms)A3AE 0.20 4A5AE 0.2501AE 0.4002AE 0.7504AE 1.2 808AE-S 2.1 1115AE-S 4.0 1905AE 1.4 408AE 1.9 710AE 2.315AE 3.2 1020AE 4.3 1330AE 5.9 1750AE 7.5 2860AE 12.5 3275AE 15.5 411AAE 22.7 601EAE 30.9 81* This is the net value at the rated load.6-30
