The individual data roaming bundle will be decremented first before shared roaming data bundles. Bundles can beapplied up to the following limits for each account: £1000 - 20 times, £100 - 10 times, £50 - 10 times.EU regulations mean that transferring data in Europe will be limited to 16MB/month. This impacts things like mobile e-mail devices and laptops with mobile broadbandconnections whilst in the EU. This is an automatic opt in so Orange limit all customers unless they opt out of the cap. What does this mean for my customers? Some of your customers use data roaming in the EU and some of them use more than 16MB in a month. If these customers don’t opt out they will be capped. When acustomer data roams in the EU Orange will send them text messages when they reach 8MB and when they are close to the 16MB limit. Once they reach the limit their datawill be cut off unless they contact Orange to opt out. Customers who have chosen to apply a data roaming bundle on their account which provides more than 16MB ofdata will automatically be opted out of this cap. What are the next steps?Customers can opt out of the data cap and most of the customers who use data in the EU will want to opt out as they are not going to want to stop receiving emails ornot use mobile broadband if they are on an important business trip. The decision maker on the account (or a designated 3rd party) can call Orange Business Customer Services to opt out of the cap for individual numbers on the accountor for the account as a whole.Q4 2012 | v1.0 - 04.10.12 | E&OEDaisy Distribution is a trading name of Anglia Telecom Centres Limited36
