They’ll also get a text to warn them when they’reapproaching their monthly limit• International Favourites is added to individual handsets, not at account level. And the minutes can’t be shared across mobiles• Customers can only have one International Favourites Bolt On per mobile• ‘My Europe extra’ bolt on cannot be added to an account that also has ‘O2 International favourites’• International Favourites will sit alongside 8p calls to Europe. ITS and our other International Bolt Ons – it doesn’t replace any of them• Caller line identity (CLI) is fully integrated with this proposition, so customers can always see who’s calling.Visit http://sales.o2.co.uk/internationalfavourites.aspEU REGULATIONS - DATA ONLYFrom 1st July 2012 O2 is reducing its roaming charges in line with the EU legislation.Under the new legislation, it will be cheaper for any customers not on O2 Travel to use their mobiles in Europe. The rates will be reflected in theInternational Traveller Service rates that are applied to all business tariffs. Prices will remain unchanges for customers who have chosen a bespokeroaming plan unless, the customers terms specifically references a discount against the regulated rates.Rates will remain unchanged for custoemers who have negotiated a ‘global’ rate for data.New customers from the 1st July will automatically receive the default tariff.• Existing O2 customers with no data roaming Bolt On will automatically migrate to default tariff.• End users can choose the heavy user tariff and they can also opt out of default tariffs and remain on pay per MB.• Existing O2 customers with data abroad Bolt Ons remain unchanged unless customer requests new tariffs.O2 will text all customers when they arrive overseas to inform them of the charges and to advise them about their usage.PER MB RATESEUROPEREST OF THE WORLDThe following will be on offer –= £3.00 PER MB= £6.00 PER MBDefault cap of £34.04 ex VAT (maximum amount charged per month) Equates to 50MB data• Maximum allowance of 50MB - If this is reached O2 will text customer and advise user to move to the higher roaming option.• If the higher option is not selected, O2 will restrict their service for the remainder of the bill period (the service will be slower, not stopped).• User can lift restriction by contacting O2. Any data used will be charged at the standard MB rate.Heavy user per MB tariff with monthly charge cap of £102.13 – an opt in service. Equates to 200MB data• Default cap of £102.13 ex VAT (maximum amount charged per month).• Maximum allowance of 200MB. If this is reached O2 will text the customer and advise that they move to the daily rate option.• If daily rate is not selected, O2 will restrict their service for the remainder of the bill period (the service will be slower, not stopped).• User can lift restriction by contacting O2. Any data used will be charged at the standard MB rate.BlackBerry data roamingThe data usage is PAYU -Charging capped at £34.04 – customers won’t receive any text message warnings.Customers with £5 daily and £20 per month Bolt Ons are deemed to have opted out.Daily rate tariff• If a customer reaches the 200MB fair usage on the heavy user option they should add this Bolt On to continue to using roaming data.• Charges if daily rate is not selected.EUROPEREST OF THE WORLD= £3.00 PER MB= £6.00 PER MBOnly compatible with the heavy user tariff to allow continued use for very high users – its equivalent to £34.04 per day, for a daily allowance of50MB. In order to request this the customer can call O2 Business Customer Service.Opting outCustomers can opt out of being capped and remain on the per MB service. However no text alerts will be sent and no restrictions will beapplied. They can choose to opt back in at a later dateWhat about the Data Abroad Bolt Ons?• Data Abroad Bolt Ons have been removed from sale.• Existing customers can keep their Data Abroad Bolt Ons if they wish, as long as they remain on the default per MB tariff.• They will use their Data Abroad Bolt On first and then move to per MB charging.• Data Abroad Bolt Ons are not compatible with the heavy user option or daily rate.• Customers can remove their existing Data Abroad Bolt Ons, regardless of contractual obligations.
